Mayan Clarity (Meridian Botanicals)

This morning I tried the Mayan Clarity formulation from Meridian Botanicals for the first time. It is a blend of Guayusa, Muira Puama, Catuaba, Damiana and Stevia. I put a big teaspoon in a teaball in a mug and added boiling water. I left the teaball in the mug the entire time, because i like my Guayusa (and a lot of other herbs) strong. The taste is very nice and the Stevia prevents any need to add a sweetener. I know I already love the effects of Guayusa, so this formulation is no exception. I like it. A lot of calm energy and focus. And the subtle effects of the other 3 herbs make it a more complete drink than Guayusa alone I think. The name Clarity is well chosen.
