Until recently I've been fairly positive about DS. They had some weighing issues a while ago, which I wrote of as an incident. They told me that they recalibrated their scales and all should be fine. Recently I placed another order. Unfortunately most of the items were underweight again (not by that much, but 1-2 grams on a 25 gram bag seems beyond a scale-slightly-out-of-focus issue to me). I've seen other people post about their orders underweighing as well. Again, some bull about recalibrating scales and everything shall be alright etc.
No compensation. Not that I wanted any, but it wasn't offered either.
This place is already pretty expensive, and if you add the fact that they don't give free samplers plus they now seem to structurally underweigh their items, then it's getting just too expensive really and all this also makes me feel that their customers are a joke to them.
So, for me personally, I'm not buying from them again. But, to be fair, some of their plant material is really good. I know they have (or had?) some of HerbResearch's Kratom and they also have almost all of Bikhuk's (except for the RVB). Plus they have some more from other sources.

Since the UK blanket ban they are out of business. There is a Canadian counterpart, but we at EthnobotanyExperts have no experience with them.
